A Soggy Day in the Bullring

All All MECA Backblasts

December 17th, 2015 By Man Down

4 Precinct men emerged into the misty gloom to take on the bull, also known as “El Toro” for all you Espanol speakers out there (and also known as “Toto” to some of us!). After a little warm-up mosey and cul-de-sac warmorama, The Bull took us into the Cell Block (aka “Bullring” for today) where he had prepared a little tire-flippin’, cinder-block rippin’ surprise. We partnered up, went to opposite sides of the courts, and commenced the following:

After returning tires and blocks, we followed The Bull out of the ring and down into the Farmlands (aka “Pasture” for today). Upon reaching the bottom, he had the nerve to make us run right back up to the top without stopping! No time for grazing with this bull!

We wrapped up with some Mary at Prisoner Check-in (aka “Stalls”? for today).

  1. Great beatdown, El Toro! Thanks for stepping up to Q today, and T-claps on the solid preparation!
Don’t you guys just LOVE how the rain will pour down right up until about 5:30, then it tapers off during our workout, then it starts pouring down again right around 6:15??? I’ve lost count of how many times this has happened! Coincidence? I think not!
If you get a chance, take your wife and kids out to see the amazing light display at Lights at The Quarter. It’s only 10 min away and SO worth the trip. Check their Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/LATQ1/

  2. Enjoyed the beatdown.
Cant believe the amazingly warm weather we are enjoying.
The little rain we got during the beatdown actually felt good.
Gracias Toro para la rutina de ejercicio con las llantas y bloques de cementos.
