Notable Moments
Dutch brought out the big bells and asked if anyone was man enough to move up to the fiddy pounder.
King Julien stepped up his game and got nothing but lip for it!
We had a few extra minutes for a People’s Q. Coyote decided he was done with KB’s so we all just laid down. I remember some Skull Crushers and Arnold Shoulder Presses were added into the mix. The Arnold Presses were on point.
Mary

Tell Dutch to keep his hands off my 50!
@IronWolf- good Q sir, enjoyed it.
Tclaps to @Clueless, Harrisburg PAX member, welcome sir, enjoyed seeing you!
Great to see you @RibShack! We miss you out Harrisburg way…
Nice job @iron wolf. Lots of variety and push. @dutch really wanted someone to take on the 50 pounder – but only the lone @coyote could handle such a big bell today.
Nice lead @IronWolf. Just what the creaky body needed this morning.
Enjoyed the #mumblechatter this morning between the PAX. Feel free to venture out to Harrisburg if you get the itch. I know Coyote and Dingo made the trek a little while back.
