• Mosey to the Rehab Center back lot, Mountain climbers x 15
• Mosey to the Mall parking lot, Jack Webbs (1-9 ladder sets)
• Mosey to Hill 218

THE THANG:

• Run up the hill, 5 Burpees; run down the hill, 10 Air squats
• Run up the hill, 4 Burpees; run down the hill, 8 Air squats
• Run up the hill, 3 Burpees; run down the hill, 6 Air squats
• Run up the hill, 2 Burpees; run down the hill, 4 Air squats
• Run up the hill, 1 Burpee; run down the hill, 2 Air squats

Recover

• Run up the hill, run down
• Bear crawl up the hill, Bear crawl down
• Run up the hill, run down
• Bear crawl up the hill, Bear crawl down

Mosey to the rock pile

With rock:

• Dead lifts x 10
• Curls x 10
• Overhead press x 10
• Reverse skullcrushers x 10
• Squats x 10
• Russian reps x 10

Mosey to Mary

MARY:

• LBCs x 25
• Supermans x 15
• Squats w/ hold until Q says recover (2 minutes)

MOLESKIN:

• Absolutely spectacular atmosphere this morning as the sun was rising.  Can’t beat that view anywhere.
• Photon met Hill 218, Photon defeated Hill 218 – major props to the former FNG
• Cupid barely broke a sweat until the Russian reps, but was pretty much drenched with sweat after them.  Russian reps are no joke.
• Thanks to the two men who posted this morning and held me accountable.  Also really enjoyed catching up with you guys at Starbucks afterward – and it was fun bumping into Skinner over there.
