While 600 of the pax were running in the mud, 10 men of Harrisburg got a little dirty here at home. Here’s how it went down:
WARMUP
- Mosey to far soccer field lot
- SSH x15
- IST x15
- Windmill x10
- Merkin x10
- Squat x15
THE THANG
- Mosey to edge of soccer field
- Burpee MacDeuce (12 burpees then 1/4 mile run) x4
- Mosey to near end zone
- Tunnel of Love x3
- Cackalacka Choo Choo x2 to about midfield
- Dragonwalk merkin to 30 yard line
- Bear crawl to 10 yard line
- Lunge to end zone
- Jailbreak sprint back to other end zone
- Mosey to football field concession stand
- People’s chair x 1 minute with air presses
- Burpee MacDeuce x2
- Mosey through the football parking lot, up the hill, over the fence, and through the woods to the picnic tables
- Dips x10
- Incline merkins x10
- Mosey to pond
- Mini Burpee MacDeuce (6 burpees then run around the pond) x2
- Jailbreak sprint up Heart Rate Hill back to launch point

- Mason twist x20
- Low flutter x20
- Reverse crunch x20

NAKED MOLESKIN
- Strong work, men. An honor to lead.
- Welcome FNG Jared (didn’t grab your last name, sorry), who smoked all of us, and welcome to newly-named Sherlock (Marcus Holmes).
- 84 burpees, 2.5 miles total, and two jailbreak sprints is tough, but the pax stayed closely together the whole time. Impressive commitment by everyone.
