9 men, sorta -Bricky was sorta there – gather in the best weather all month.

we warmed up in the Belk parking lot. The thang was on the top level of the parking deck.

we did exercises in between trips down the ramp with quadro back up. We stayed together the whole time.

the prayer list is long boys. Both spoken and unspoken. Kinda makes you feel helpless, but gotta remember GOD is there for you. For all of us.

my son’s viewing habits have caused YouTube to fill my feed up with wrestling videos. I don’t mind at all. Here is another classic:
