Mosey to rehab for some SSH’s x 20 IC, IST’s x 15 IC, Soap Drops x 10 IC and I think some arm circles.

Mosey back to AO for some ladders
Ladder 1: 1 pull-up & 20 merks in parking lot (down by 2 merks and up by 1 pull-up until get to 5 pull-ups)
Ladder 2: 10 block curls in upper lot and 1 dip on benches (up and down by 1 until complete cycle)
Ladder 3: Freddy merks IC x 10 in upper lot and Core Killers x 1 in ASEC entrance…almost completed cycle but called Mary at 0614

Mary: some stretching

Prayers/announcements: Gigi in Aunt Cindy’s house and Cat is at least a cell phone bill richer per month, maybe organic egg prices come down now.  Continued prayers for Taylor and Deb in their treatments.

Moleskin: Coming off a record slack day, and a memoir of a backblast, from a wanna have a big dick and still shorter than Luthor pax who shall remain nameless 7 gathered for what could have been another record day.  Many discussions about what happened, and didn’t happen, on Wednesday but whether the above nameless author of Wednesdays backblast believes this or not no one still likes the “girl dad” name.  However, I’m not a writer and not gonna write a book dwelling on this anymore since it seems as if “girl dad” has seemingly, and unbelievably, embraced this name.  Some will call him girl dad, some Colin, and some Gas House.  For what it’s worth, I found out last night at a late gathering that there have been more than 2 or 3 pax in Concord that shall also remain nameless that have in fact changed their name…..so, I’m just saying there’s hope “Girl Dad”.
