Didn’t seem that cold after a while
All Harrisburg BackblastsDecember 15th, 2025
Weather forecast was calling for temps in the teens, and truthfully YHC may have considered a skip day had I not signed up to Q already. Showing up for cold days makes for a good story at some point because you get to reminisce about how you survived! Wasn’t really that bad- I didn’t see any sweat icicles after it was all done (which I have seen before), and it didn’t seem that cold after a while.

Moleskin- always a pleasure to lead a group of guys who show up to get it done. So very thankful to see 7 other men waiting for me on a cold day at 529a. F3 gives me the encouragement, accountability, physical and emotional outlet I need (hopefully for you as well). Thanks to Constitution for the tunes as always. Thanks to Othello, Kojak, Exit54, Gold Rush, Bearclaw, and Uncle Floyd for showing up to help me get the day started. I’ve done these workouts on my own before and they never feel the same, but a little chatter and a little competition always push me along farther and faster. When it was all done I had over 2 miles in the books. Today is a good day! Peace out homeys
