Warmup: Mosey to Bum Wash for SSH, Hillbillies, L/R R/L
Thang: Pax run as a group with multiple stops along the way. At the stop we completed an named exercise plus 12 Merkins.
Exercises were 12 V-Ups, 12 WWIIs, 12 KGBs, 12 Squats, 12 Dips, 12 Dying Cockroaches 24 Calf Raises, 24 Low Flutter, 24 LBCs.
Pax Mosey went from Bum Wash to Bridge down Mugga, Greenway Lookout to FBC, Greenway Entrance at Cabarrus Ave, Pump Station, Percentile (only time we went here this morning), to Bug Cemetery on Church left on St James to stop where St James/McGill to B&G Club to Glen Center then home to OCT.
Mary – No time the 9 stops and 5 miles took an hour.

Moleskin: A cool morning ended up being the perfect temperature as we kept moving. 17 pax on the run with our bus stop. 5 miles is a good total for a Saturday beat down. 15 of us together from the start with Mayhem joining in at FBC viewpoint and Tomby not following my directions and randomly running around downtown until me meet in the run from Glen Center to OCT. Coffee moved to another try location but seemed to be a hit across from Gibson Mill in the old Mill Offices. It was great to see so many out and active on a Saturday morning.

Prayers for Rosemary a lady on Mayweather’s Meals route, the young children 2.0s of our Pax, Christmas Spirit, Rowan Big Band and Deb.
