5 Guys braved the cold weather, won the battle with the fart sack and made it out to the Railyard for an epic tour of the AO. One adventure through the woods wasn’t enough, so we hit that trail twice. We kept it moving and racked up 2.5+ miles as we worked our way all the way over to the YMCA parking lot. At the end you could tell how hard we worked because there were some epic sweat angels remaining after Mary even in the low 20s!

COT: Lots of prayer request, including for my mother with dementia who had a bad day yesterday. Let’s do our best to take care of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual strength so that when we get of the age, we’re still crushing it.
