Moleskin:

A total of 8 plus one FNG came out to the Bradford Park Pool Area for some hillbilly fun. Along with the workout, YHC enjoyed the chatter.  Seems like I heard someone say something like: “I didn’t expect this big hill first thing as part of the warmup.”  Someone also questioned the wisdom of the Q in putting the Burbee Station and Merkin Station in consecutive order. SS Minnow impressed YHC once again, this time with his jump rope skills.  This workout gave us the opportunity to volunteer for the neighborhood Turkey Trot 5K which happened soon after the workout.  Constitution and Goldrush let the warmup before the race and gave us advertisement for F3.  Boyscott gets a double gold star for participating in the workout and also winning 3rd place over all in the 5K race.  We saw some other F3 guys with their 2.0’s in the race including Exit54, Redtape, and Mountain Man.   Concerning the 5K event, I understand that $5,000 and a lot of food was donated to the Harrisburg Area Crisis Assistance Ministries.  Welcome out FNG Chris.  Thanks for everyone playing along today.
