Rucking: Warm it up with a couple of laps with some squats.

Heavy carries: Get a bit hotter with shoulder and bear hug sandbag carries

PT: Full on spicy with a 10 minute WOD – SB Cleans, Ruck push ups, SB Thrusters & Ruck bear crawls

Stretching: Cool it all down tastefully

COT: Prayers for Scrum’s M for Thursday procedure

Moleskin: Handy late again = spicier warmup. Cadre DS stood for Drill Sergeant during the WOD due to excessive chit chat as DS always upholds PT standards. Multiple 80# sandbags upped the ante. FNG Justin was not present for his naming as those all night brisket cooks aren’t going to babysit themselves. Sip club revealed that sports reels are trash but still showed that PI flag was compete trash against Clemson this weekend. Until next time…
