Ruckers were talking about how fellowship of F3 is one of the most crucial “F’s” of F3 because as men we desire that connection with other men whether we openly admit it or not. Otherwise we end up being Workaholics or something far worse. Keep EH’ing other men to come out to an F3 workout… it may just save their life without them even knowing it!
