20 SSH’s IC, 15 IST’s IC, 10 slow soap drops IC, 15 Mtn Climbers IC, & some arm circles…

The THANG:
Stop 1 @ Pull-up bar: 5 pull-ups OR 3 burpees for the non pull-up fellas (need to do more pull-ups again)
Stop 2 @ Front entrance: 20 merkins & 10 squats
Stop 3 @ benches in front of ASEC: 20 dips & 10 reverse crunches
Stop 4 @ upper lot: 20 Curls and 10 presses with weight of choice

Announcements/Prayers: NYC shooting and everyone involved, Phidip’s friend, Ted, who recently suffered heart attack and is a work out warrior like Phidip.  Death of ROTC officer.

Moleskin: Dang this week has sucked…82 degrees at 0530 and 100% humidity just sucks…can’t wait for some fall.  Old school beatdown ASEC circuit grinder…covered over 2.5 miles and numerous reps.  Most pax got at least 5-6 rotations so a good, and terrible, way to start the day.  Coffeeteria was split today with the idiots outside continuing to sweat more as they drank their hot coffee.  The intelligent ones were inside not sweating and enjoying their hot coffee.  Good to see a young lookin’ Ace as well as Gooney out there during the week and hope to see more of them.  Picked up Mayweather at coffee as he was sweating in the pool over at the Sports Center…as any good politician would do he hung out with the outdoor crowd for a few and then made he way inside.  If you haven’t heard he strongly recommends Lori Clay as Concords new Mayor.  Last but not least…Buffet…aka Luthor was wrong in his prediction that the market would be up today so he has a 50% chance to get it right again tomorrow.
