Lap 1 Ruck and SB OH
5 Pullups 25 Squats
Lap 2 Ruck and SB Low Carry #crowdpleaser
5 Pullups 25 Burpess
Lap 3 Ruck and SB front carry
5 Pullups 25 Bobby Hurley’s
Lap 4 Ruck and SB standard carry

The SB carries did not go as originally planned. Looked good on the phone but reality set in with lap 1 and the the OH hold…no bueno. The other carries varied with different degrees of proper technique being implemented. Some of the moves were described as an advanced technique; guess that’s why they looked foreign to me.
