A gorgeous morning for a sunrise beatdown. YHC skipped the extra snooze button to make sure he was on time, and even posted a little early. Backdraft had already got a few miles in before the fun began.

WARMUP: Mosey to the OG AO die the normal SSH, IST, HB, BSN and arm circles.

THE THANG: Stroll over to the block pile, pick your two favorite papers and do 39 of the following: Curls, shoulder press, skull crushers, front fly, squats, bent over flys.

At this point BD blessed us with his departure, and the three of us who remained headed to the deck.

Stack the Deck with 10 reps of:
Level 1 LBCs
Level 2 Hello Dolly’s
Level 3 Plank Jacks
Level 4 Mountain Climbers

Had to call time after Level 4 as Sunrise was quickly approaching. Headed up to Level 6, stretched a bit, enjoyed the cloudy Sunrise and a little praise for the risen Savior.

COT: Our was a great morning celebration of our Savior’s resurrection and victory over sin and death. I am so grateful that He gave up His throne in Heaven for a while so that He could live and die and live again for us.
