Mosey to bum wash for a warmup with some side straddle hops, arm circles, mountain climbers, slow merks, and soap drop stretches.

 

The Thang:

 

Mosey down Corban for the pax favorite elevation change at Skinner’s Hills.  Entered the bowl from Virginia with 20 Merks, 20 WWIIs, and 20 dips on the curb at the bottom.  Run up and down our favorite hills with repeating the exercises in the bottom of the bowl.  Only time for one round with few gaining one extra leg of elevation.  Mary called with a spread out pax pulling it together for minimal broga back at OCT.

 

Prayers:  Those displaced, devastated, and affected by the CA fires, Firechicken’s nephew, and the Pax with new 2.0s on the way soon.

 

Moleskin:

A frigid 28-degree morning for 14 stay hard men to show and kill the hills.  Keeping it simple with a basic three-peat today while letting the hills do all the work.  Total ascent was a measly 275’ with 3.5 miles of activity.  A small portion y’all need for the upcoming butter run.  Too much traffic on the hills but we got to enjoy the musical stylings of the 90s hit ‘One Head Light’ from the lovely vocals of El Ab with a hint of Bob Dylan in there.  It was Wallflowers!  Somebody take our boy out for some trivia nights.  He’s a winner.
