WARMUP: Mozey and some Stretching
THE THANG: we went up and down the east coast to select cities delivering presents (coupons) from Miami FL to New York NY! Each city had exercises with and without coupons. The catch was, had to go back to New York each time to “collect” more “presents.” We had a midpoint Leroy Jenkins which included a 2 minute walk sit, tricep dips, and calf raises. Some of the faster elves got in an additional jog to the cars and back. We finished with a killer round, going from city to city as fast as you can completing all the exercises at each city!
