11 pax came out to celebrate QIC moving past the halfway to 90 mark on a cool winter morning.

Mosey to bridge for 23 LMU dips…mosey to hill 218 and run up it to parking lot

Warm-o-rama: 20 SSH’s IC, 15 IST’s IC, 10 Cotton Pickers IC, 15 Mtn Climbers IC, Arm circles…mosey to top of parking deck.

Thang part 1: At the first & third corners we did 23 merks and ran down stairs and back up, second & forth corners we did 23 Freddy merks (left/right=1) down stairs and back up.  For those counting each exercise adds up to 46, original I know…mosey back to hill 218

Thang part 2: Round 1, run up and down hill 218 and watch Luthor fall. Round 2, run up hill and back down and watch Circuit Rider fall…mosey to back to bridge and complete 23 LMU dips

Thang part 3: 10 pull-ups OR 10 burpees or combination of 10

Thang part 4: upper lot with block, round 1 consisted of 10 each curls, skull crushers, bent-over rows, squats and then a reverse suicide (show to know).  Round 2 was rinse and repeat but with regular suicide.

Mary: no time

Prayers/announcements: Prayers for those who struggle with Christmas/holiday season and for any pax traveling.  Prayers that we complete gifts for family we’re supporting and that the Boys Home/orphanage in Kannapolis gets the work done that is needed.

Moleskin: 46 is a definitely not a milestone birthday, it’s just stuck about halfway in between 2 milestone birthdays.  Grateful to have another year here and pray for many more as long as I’m healthy.  Thanks for all of the pax that came out to get a workout in and try to stay both physically and mentally healthy. Pax challenged me that I would not remember what all I had them do today and be able to write a backblast so at least I proved them wrong that I’m not senile……yet!
