Mosey to the parking lot adjacent to the power plant above hill 218 for…20 SSHs IC, 15 ISTs IC, 10 Slow Soap Drop IC, and some arm circles…

Mosey over to the Belk lot for some Dora(partner) work…

Partner 1 performs exercise while partner 2 runs down to curb and back

50 wall jumps for the men or step-ups for the ladies (I think willy did curb step-ups)
100 down dog merks
150 squats
200 L/R = 1 Freddy merks
Go back down to squats and continue down until mary called

Mary called approx 0605…

Mary – 10 IC of each of the following…dying cockroaches, freddy merks, hello dollies, & lbc’s…a little superman/ironman for the back and a touch of broga

Prayers/announcements: prayers for all of those dealing with hurricane Helene aftermath and those assisting in the relief efforts.  More prayers for Florida as another hurricane approaches them and especially as QIC’s sister, brother-in-law, & nephew will be impacted.

Moleskin: lively group this morning as all kinds of chatter during warm-ups…a few groans from the ladies with the announcement of wall jumps…#stayhard, lots of frogger was going on in the belk parking lot so not sure what’s up with all that traffic.  I missed coffeeteria but I’m sure their were some not so funny dirty jokes and other discussions about solving the worlds problems in 30 minutes…looking forward to joining in on those discussions tomorrow morning.  Till next time…
