Mosey to bum wash for 20 SSHs IC, 15 ISTs IC, 10 Soap Drops IC, 15 Mtn Climbers IC, 10 merks OYO, and some arm circles.

Mosey down Corban and into everyone’s favorite set of hills….10 merks and 10 dyin’ cockroaches IC at bottom after completing each hill…complete 1 rotation and mosey to Carolina courts for 15 merks at bottom, run up stairs for 10 freddy merks IC then back down hill for repeato until Q calls it…mosey back to OCT for some block work…15 curl/push-press/skull crushers x 15 and then block around OCT to see an update on how much less money Ole Willy has…repeato on the block work but no run as Mary called.  Approx. 4 miles completed with the some of dis and dat for a No SHO HOMIE Saturday.

Moleskin: great group on a saturday after the political divide that occurred the day before.  QIC received an interesting phone call friday evening from a no named pax called Homeland.  He informed QIC that no skinners hills went down that morning but if I was going to incorporate them he would definitely show (not gametime) as it would be funny.  Alas….16 men did show but none of them were named Homeland…he was a no SHO 🙁

He did show for coffee and gave a less than worthy excuse for not being present.

Prayer requests/announcements: continued prayers for Trick/Gooney family from loss of sister-in-law/cousin Amy from cancer.
