15 for a road trip to Beverly Hills to get updates on the chimney swifts and have fun with an old trick daddy special..

Mosey from ASEC to Neuro building for a quick 10 SSH’s IC to catch breath and then continue on to Bev Hills fo the old skool thang:

10 merks at entry part of track…mosey to shed for 10 dips…broad jump burpees across bball court and then onto Bunny hops on the stairs BUT unfortunately there was a fence blocking entrance to stairs so modify and continue onto the playground for 5 pull-ups…rinse and repeat for 3-4 rounds and then the long mosey home.

Mary: quick ab session

Prayers/announcements: many pax with kids at church camp, Deb doing well….K-town Konvergence on 8/9

Moleskin: Old skool trick daddy special that was common on a saturday back in the day but 45 min during the week is a blessing and curse.  Got in 3 miles and only lost one man…RIP Homie…heal that back up quickly.  Super disappointed that we weren’t able to do bunny hops but couldn’t disrupt the chimney swifts and just meant we got in more burpee broad jumps.  Nice coffee time with one of our old men regulars passing by commenting on how much quieter it was without Willy around…nice to know other people outside of F3 know how loud and obnoxious he can be.  Till next time…
