COT: Hacksaw’s neice’s moms passing. Prayers for Gap’s back, it looks like its progressing nicely. My mom as she moves to NC today. My daughter as she embarks on a 23 day journey around the country.
MOLEKSIN: 4 mph is certainly a slow rate of speed…until you got a weighted ruck on and need to step it out. That was a bit tougher than anticipated with much more shuffling than what QIC thought there would be. The hills kinda really slow you down…shocker. Strong work by all pushing to the end. The Q’s playlist driven by Cypress Hill probably kept him in the same standing as where he began, which is more than we can say for Scrum’s on Tuesday. Speaking of Tuesday, no mention of raw dogging pink eye in the SB was lamented by all. Cycling somehow came up at OMG where dainty taints need not apply. We need Gulfstream and Kojak back so YHC doesn’t have to support local businesses all by himself…potential band name “Heatstroke and the OMG Freeloaders.” Hacksaw finished Tropic Thunder last night while the M is out of town and you can tell he is already channeling his inner Les Grossman with strong salty work during the workout and lewd jokes usually reserved for….well…the rest of us. Ozark binge incoming. Speaking of Ozark, Handy confessed that he stopped watching during season 3. We don’t take kindly to quitters around here Handy, time to finish strong. Until next time :v:
