WARMUP: Mosey around the McGill lot to the starfish. SSH, IST, arm circles, penny pickers, merkins.
THE THANG: Mosey to the summit of Mt Afton. First game was “21” – Carolina dry dock at the top, WW2 at the bottom of the hill. 1 CDD, 20 WW2, increase one and decrease the other. Total reps per round add to 21. Everyone wins!
Second game was Field of Dreams – Pax divided into four groups. 1s go to first base, 2s go to 2nd, 3s go to 3rd, and 4s go to home plate. Pax at home do 15 burpees while Pax on bases do AMRAP of squats, merkins, and LBCs, respectively. Game is complete when everyone has done the burpees.
Third game was Deck of Pain – pull cards from a standard (though apparently stacked) deck. Suit determines the exercise and number is the rep count. :heart: – cherkins, :spades:- perfect lunges, :diamonds: – mountain climbers (4ct), :clubs: – merkin jacks.
