Master’s Thursday…mid 50’s and fortunately no rain.

Pax: homie, Willy, love boat, and miraculously LUTHOR posted for my Q

Warm-up: jog to upper deck for standard side straddle hops, IST’s, soap drop and some arm circles

Master’s Thursday beat down: timer would call out an exercise with or without block or plate and remaining pax would perform while they ran a quick lap in parking lot. If timer called burpees everyone ran so no burpees were performed. Multiple exercises of various reps and just over mile achieved and a bunch of chatter.
Mary: light broga

Prayers/announcements: Anna’s husband job search and any unspoken prayers. Some pax traveling.
Moleskin: nice and easy Thursday beat down and first time in recent history Luthor has posted for my Q so makes the first best day of golf, Master’s Thursday, even a little sweeter since Lex was there. Willy pushed hard for Waffle House and while love boat seemed tempted Homie wasn’t having any of that.
