WARMUP: short mosey to the tennis courts and warmed up these old guys muscles.

THE THANG: started out with a little Tabata style work out, doing donkey kicks, LBC, jump, squats, mountain climbers, and ending with some Freddie Merks. After three rounds of that the boys had enough so we mosey to the front of the church. There we found ourselves doing some bear crawls some crab walks, and a few other exercises only to make the short mosey over to the wall and end with some wall pilates.
