Run to the Elementary School and do 2 laps around the track to get in one mile.

Stop at playground and do the following: 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats,

Do 2 laps around the track and return to start to get in the other mile.

Very grateful that eleven men came out to support YHC for the Murph. Welcome to FNG Todd who accepted the challenge to come out as encouraged by SS Minnow.

Oz and Gamma decided to add some weight to the challenge as they did the reps and rucked the distance.  Talladega is always faithful to pick up the six.  Gold Rush wasn’t at  the start but he appeared out of no where and completed the reps.  Constitution was full of energy as always.  I hope to be like him when I grow up.  Uncle Floyd was just what I needed to help pull me along.  Gilmore and Firebrand were strong and have become regulars in most of the workout these days.  As mentioned Peppa has idea of tracking our progress as we do the Murph.
