THE THANG:
Four stations were announced; 1) Merkins and LBCS 2) Step ups and Air squats 3) Dips and CCD 4) Diamond Merkins and Low Flutters. Partners completed reps together starting at 25 each and decreased by 5 with each round (25, 20, 15, 10, 5). In between sets the groups ran to the stop sign at the Fire Department.
