WARMUP:

Mosey to the top of the parking deck, all 37 levels. As the sun cracked over the horizon we did 20 SSHs, 15 ISTs, 10 BSNs and arm circles.

THE THANG: Head down the stairs and mosey to the parking lot for ladder one: 1 to 10 Burpees and 10 to 1 Merkins and Squats. Chopsaw took a short break as he thought he was going to pass that second stone. But he rejoined the group and still finished before everyone YHC and Steel Cannon.

During this time we got to watch the sun break the horizon again.

Mosey to Shangri-La for ladder two: 2 to 20 RBCs and 20 to 2 Flutter Kicks. YHC thought he was keeping a decent pace on the runs between the ends, but ChopSaw thought otherwise and decided that to turn those moseys into sprints. Also, TheBurgh decided we should share the cadence counting. This worked out really well, because YHC may have passed out if he had to count the whole time.

MARY: Mosey back to the AO just in time to say hey to Heisenberg and to stop the watch at 60 mins.
