An elite 8 gathered for the newest bowl game of 2023.

Mosey around the lot to get the blood flowing: (high knees, carioca) landing at the lower lot for warm ups

Head over to the 1/4 mi. drag strip for the contest. Like most football games the fourth quarter is what matters most. So we spent the first 3/4 of the workout just grinding it out.

Stop 1: Merks x 10
Stop 2: LBC x 10 i.c.
Stop 3: V-Ups x 10
Stop 4: Burpees x 5
Run back & Repeato

For the fourth quarter, PAX were split in two teams. First team to complete all four stops and get ALL team members back first to the start line wins. After taking an early lead, team 2 was eventually passed in the final 50 yards by team 1. Congrats to Spud, Ace, LMU & Hops.

A very winded PAX slowly returned to Mary for:

Prayers today for Catfish as he travels to Ireland next week and for Jessica (LMU’s wife) for publication of her first book.

Had some decent work swag to distribute so I came up with a little relay-ish race to find a few worthy PAX. Fun times, no one hurt. Fun little Thursday.
