ASEC with Q – Catfish

Pax – TP, Spud, Mayweather, Homeland, Private Ryan and Checkmate

Warm-Up: 15 SSH, 15 Hillbillies (with a trick cadence call in the middle), R/L L/R

Thang: Mosey to top of employee deck that is actually under construction for the board of pain. Do a set of exercises and then run a 1/2 lap touch stair building and comeback (b/c of construction. Then pick next set of exercises and continue repeating cycle when necessary.

1. 20 Merks + 30 LBCs (4c)

2. 20 Brazilians (4c), 20 KGBs (4c)

3. 10 Burpees, 20 Deerticks (4c)

4. 12 Peter Parkers, 30 Low Flutter (4c)

5. 15 Huntin Dogs, 10 Core Killers

Pax stayed together completed 2 full cycles plus set 1 again.

Mary: Broga

Moleskin: Small groups are normal on Thursday and with 28 degrees only 7 total showed but as expected with this group it was just the right amount. Whether 4 or 24. Tomby and Loveboat showed for coffee. Mayweather promised Bozeman’s attendance but someone lied. Checkmate showed late but his diligence found the group. Hard to imagine what my life would be like if Skinner had not invited me 9 years ago. It would be different and I know for a fact would not be as full as it is now. I count myself blessed for many reasons but one of the main reasons is pack of friends (word picked to make my NCSU boys smile). Thanks for being who you are whether someone needs support, if a person/family needs help or someone just needs to laugh.
