Three men turned into four, and with only seconds left managed to become five. Five of Concord’s bravest men would dare slip into the Gloom and up to K&W to warm up.

Warm up: SSH x 20 ic, Mtn Climbers x 20 ic, Loose Change x 7 because I am still learning to count and change tone on the last rep. Arm circles front/back, and hamstring stretch.

Mosey up the street to ACN literally because there is no sidewalk, Oh wait there it is! Oh no it stops again! I guess that’s how city planning works or doesn’t.

Tha Thang: Starting at the back of the parking lot on the left side of ACN, station one was 10 Peter Parker’s, run around to front for station two 10 Box Cutters, run to back right side for 10 Squats. Run back to station one and repeat going down by one rep each time.

After time was called we had a nice little cool down run back to Mary
where QIC un-intentionally tried to give Tombstone some work by running out in front of a car while crossing Branchview.

Mary: no time left for stretching.

COT: Prayed for Professor and all of Catawba College as one of the faculty was found dead in her office yesterday. No info but possibly health related. Hug your loved ones and reach out to those that are important in your life because you just never know!
Moleskin: It was obvious that many of us were still feeling the effects of Hipbone's dice rolling beat down the day before by the low number of pax that posted. The five men that showed up proved they were committed to putting in the work and the miles. Their reward was the ability to say they ran 3.25 miles while the rest of the world took it easy. This morning’s beat down was nothing fancy but it got us up out of bed, got our heart rates up, and got some miles under our belts. Consistency it where it's at. In our day to day life and the ever changing demands of being a husband, father, co-worker, business owner, and friend consistancy can be hard to find. So
when you find a place that allows you to be as consistent as you can, or want to be but has more to offer take it. I have found mine and it’s called F3!
