Century Count
All BackBlasts BackblastsOctober 28th, 2023
Saturday 10/28 gave 15 F3ers perfect weather to start our day.
Q – CatfishP
Pax – Hops, Trash Plate, Beaker, Bull Frog, Love Boat, Circuit Rider, Popeye, Total Package, Scooter, Spud, Tombstone, Grover, Neverland and Lex Luthor
Warmup – Mosey to the top of Mugga for 15 – SSH, 15 – Hillbillies and a 10 count L/R, R/L
Thang started at the bottom of Mugga in between the shelter and the belly of the well. Each spot had an exercise pair. Pax would select the reps he desired in first exercise. Subtract that rep number from 100 and you got your 2nd exercise count which at that point was unknown. We continued for 6 rounds.
Shelter had Merkins, step ups, dry docks, shoulder taps, derkins and calf raises.
The belly was full of wide squats, LBCs, V-ups, KGBs, dying cock roaches and deer ticks.
Mary – consisted of that lovely run home up Corbin. That is quite a Hill and a 100 second plank that Q may have misplaced at his watch and called at 40 seconds. Followed by some Broga.
Moleskin: Fantastic morning with good conversation during and post the workout. It seemed each Pax had a jam packed day with honey do chores and family/friend meetings and kid’s games. We are all blessed that those are our duties on a Saturday. Super excited about the rush of young blood we have within our Pax, this bodes well for the future but I challenge each of us regardless of your age to be the man people learn from because before you know it you will look around our F3 prayer circle and you are the oldest one there. It is good to be known for being funny and really good at your job but at the end of the day how did you impact the people you love and that the Lord has put in your path.
Aye,
Catfish
