16 men and a last minute QIC took off on a nice fall morning to take it “easy” as Tick requested from the Q…

Mosey to belk parking lot for: SSH’s x 25IC, Soap drop x 10IC, Hillbillies x 15IC (q was doing IST’s as was everyone else but no one said a word) and some arm circles..

Mosey to JC Penney area for 20 merks then mosey to Sears side for 20 Core killers then all the way back around to Belk for 10 wall jumps or wall step-ups….continued this as a group for 3 rotations then mosey back to AO for what the fast guys thought was the end but over to rock pile for a quick super set x 3 of curls, skull crushers, and bent over rows.

Moleskin: nice showing and love the weather changing…most didn’t know who the Q was…and Q did no preblast until 0524…hopefully group was thankful for saving them from potentially 2 grover Q’s…no one ever wants that.  Most should’ve gotten in around 3 miles and some nice full body reps.  On another note, per our resident GILF (grandfather I’d, well you know) warned us not to go to Great Wolf lodge as apparently it’s anything but a Sports Illustrated Swim Suit issue.
