9 men, this weeks admin, and one pax feeling pity for the admin showed on a crisp 58ish degree morning…

Mosey to nuke plant for: SSH’s IC x 30 which Homie thought was too much, IST’s IC x 15, Soap Drop IC x 10…lots of chatter and mosey over to JC Penny for tha Thang

Dora workout so partner up and 1 group of 3…while partner runs down to curb by woods and back partners do…200 merks, 300 squats, 200 dying cockroach/200 lbc’s….once complete we did lightning round of 100 merks, 150 squats, and 200 lbc’s then mosey home for mary

Prayers for the Professor’s college friend’s family who unfortunately lost their father due to him taking his own life.  Another good reminder to keep a watch out for pax that have wandered away as well as other people in our life.

Moleskin…Showed up and saw Phidip doing Phidip things with probably like a 10-15 mile pre-run and talks of his recent 50k trail run…man is a living legend.  A super talkative bunch which got kick started in warm-ups with Willy hearing about a new PGA pro Scott Byrd and then something about how Willy…to no surprise would never tell a naked woman, hopefully he just means Charlotte, no to which had El Ab….doing his own exercises of course belly laughing on the ground…Phidip instructed Willy and myself not to go too far into them there woods in JC Penny parking lot as he’s left some hot & steamy gifts from time to time.  Glad I bailed Luthor out around 10pm last night as I was fearful we could get some kind of wrath…good beat down and got in over 2.5 miles on top of that.
