My original plan was to warm up at the boys club but I changed my mind halfway there. This workout ended up being a burner thanks to the high, swampy humidity. The workout was meant to keep us moving so I tried to have questions ready to go. This group is full of intelligent people but my questions were geared more toward NC facts and all around redneck knowledge. This group struggled, however, we are the most confident, wrong guessers you will ever encounter!

Shoutout to Spud for nudging me to lead. It’s been a while but felt good to step up. I honestly can’t imagine what life would look like for me without this group. I feel like I’m in a pretty boring phase of life and would otherwise be a lonely place. But not here. Not this group. F3 Concord will bring you into the fold, pray with you, do life with you, and also rip out your soul, drop kick it down the middle of Union St, laugh at you in public, and talk shit to you for the next week. And THAT is why I keep coming back!
