8 BEASTS read the PB but still decided to show up and join YHC for some Circuit Breaker fun.  The clock hit 0530 so off we went.  It went like this…..

 

THE THANG

Run the 1/2 mile loop and grab the 6 before heading over to the back of Hawthorne’s for the main event.

10 Squats

15 Hammers

20 Mike Tysons

25 4ct Flutters

30 Reverse Lunges

35 Low Dollys

After the 1st exercise run the lop around the parking lot. Then do the 1st and 2nd exercise and run the lot. Then continue until finishing all 6 exercises. After finishing all 6 exercises run the 1/3 mile loop from Hawthorne’s. Start over with the first exercise and repeato until 0615.

 

Run the 1/3 mile loop together and head back to Hawthorne’s for some stretches.

—-The surprise for everyone was various coupons of different shapes and weights.  There was plenty for everyone to try as many as they want.

—-A pink pacifier was found in the parking lot and there was talk of making it into a necklace for the designated whiner of a workout.

—-The Respects were well represented and paced the younguns.
