THE THANG: Mosey to Dale for People’s Q. Call an exercise, run a lap while the other guys do it. Nobody called burpees so no lives were lost.

Mosey to the stadium. Run a lap around the inside if the fence. Stop at the 6 large light poles for 5 burpees at each. Q almost lost his life because the PAX thought he meant the little little posts.
Mosey around the big horseshoe back to Mary for some stretching.
