14 pax embarked on a beautiful 55 degree morning with a few believing it was closer to 35 degrees and quickly found out it wasn’t….

What’s this…?  A disclaimer?  Many wide-eyed Concord pax had never heard such words uttered before but QIC felt it was necessary to the visiting passport pax

Mosey to rehab for Warm-o-rama: 25 SSH’s IC, 15 IST’s IC, 10 Slow Soap Drop IC, 15 Mtn Climbers IC, & some arm circles

Mosey back to AO and complete first round together:
Station 1 @ pull-up bars: 5 pull-ups(or leg raises) & 5 burpees
Station 2 @ lower lot: 10 star jumps & 10 hand release merkins
Station 3 @ upper lot: 15 curls & 15 skull crushers with coupon of choice
Station 4 @ mary spot: 20 KGB’s (L/R=1) & 20 LBC’s IC

Rinse and repeat until mary called

Prayers/announcement: Camping, unfortunately not “Glamping”, being held May 5-7 at Frank Liske park for F3 Dads event.  Rumor has it many a mixed beverage will be served.  Another F3 Dads event being held in April but can’t remember date.  Check slack for more details.

Moleskin: Great old skool circuit around the AO…no one likes pull-ups but I’m convinced it’s one of the top 3 exercises you should be able to do as we all get OLD.  Clocked 2.2ish miles and was told Machu lost both legs running up the hill while Brickyard almost blew chunks his last time around racing Tom B.  Was great to have some passport pax, thanks to R2D2, Stash, and Machu, as Concord doesn’t get many of them up our way so hopefully you will tell everyone how wonderfully screwed up we are, specifically some dude name Tombstone.  Per usual many pax debriefed at coffee and our own Oracle of Omaha admitted to having no idea what the market would do today, well, it apparently took a big ole dump.  Till next time…
