Death by Ladders
All Harrisburg BackblastsMarch 4th, 2023
It was a late night for YHC but a plan is a plan. A total of 9 PAX headed out on a beautiful Feb morning to hit the Railyard. Here’s how it went.
Zin and I watched in amusement as Mullet and Deadhead ran a lap around the track BEFORE the beatdown started. #overachievers
Mosey to the shelter in the field conspicuously dropping 5 cones along the way (perfectly spaced about 20ish yards apart.)

COT:

- Time Laps Relay – sign up now!
- Praise and prayers for YHC daughter in last year of med school overseas.
Moleskin:
- Lot of leg work today. I got 3.3 miles on the watch. Still can’t compare to a Mullet lead.
- Constitution 2.0’s were bringing it today! Magic Mike was leading the way on the Suicide Ladders! Commodore and Pink had all the no quit!
- Zin and Deadhead both had a great Time Laps Relay pace going. I would hate to see them waste such talent.
- Mullet and Talladega were as strong as ever. I’m not sure they broke a sweat.
- Coffeteria conversation theme “tats in all the wrong places.” Best part of the morning by far.
Have a blessed day,
YHC – Escalade
