Best mile possible. No-H killed it and was easily 20 seconds ahead of me yet his iwatch said he was slower… I’ll take it.

1 cool down lap around the parking lot

1 Sprint Run around the track again, sprint the curves, walk the straight. Called an audible and jogged half the straight while a few others jogged the entire time.

Cool down to Highland Creek Road and back
