Once again I forgot that I should never try and match landlord in speed. Everything was going great Until He said “I’m going to Is get a Crown and Sprint at a sub 6 minute pace up to…” and i stopped listening. After some goading from them I decided to join him at a respectable 7 minute pace Thinking it was a quarter of a mile Only to find out it was almost 2 miles total total with a 600′ incline.
