Warmup: Mosey to the Treatment plant for SSH-20, Hillbillies – 15, L/R R/L

Thang: Mose to the front of Sears parking lot. 11 sheets with exercises laid face down. Pax were able to choose 3. One of the 11 was better than all the rest as it was a ‘Brian Floyd’s pick your stretch sheet. Even though the workouts were face down you could share with your friend on how to vote best and all benefited. The other 10 were Merkins, Drydocks, Diamond Meeks, WWII, Low Flutter, Burpees, LBCs, Squats, Lunges and J-Lows (never selected). Most everyone got to vote. Almost all picked Brian Floyd except PR because “he doesn’t like stretching”.

Moleskin:

Our top candidate didn’t even need to be there to strengthen his value even with one of his campaign managers adding to his family with a beautiful healthy baby girls (Prayers for Spud and Christine). Psycho showed with his favorite candidate Tshirt ‘Floyd for School Board’ and the Pax decided to go with Fire Chicken’s idea for me to wear my Floyd Tshirt with my Flag Suit when I work the polls next week  Crew logged right at 3 miles which keeps Frosty happy. Coffee well attended and entertaining. As always. Best line at coffee was Ace telling Tomby “he needs to straighten himself up quickly pre Roy arrival”. Great morning with good weather!
