Mosey across lake concord to lee ann and circle up at a big dental account of mine for warm-o-rama:

Arm circles forward/back

Mosey down lee ann and hear some grumblings as we hug the side of branchview to Calvary Lutheran for the thang:

Thang:
10:1 ladder starting with 10 down dog merks at bottom…quadrophelia halfway up hill then continue to top for Freddy merks…rinse and repeat until entire group finishes ladder…mosey back across branchview to lee ann….stop at each light pole plus 10 for the following.
1st post: 10 squats
2nd post: 8 hand release merks, 10 squats
3rd post: 6 star jumps, 8 hand release merks, 10 squats
4th post: 4 burpees, 6 star jumps, 8 hand release merks, 10 squats
5th post: 2 jack webbs compliments of Homie and then all the other stuff

Mosey back to ASEC for Mary…

Prayers/announcements: My sister Emily and her successful pregnancy(so far), Mrs. Staton and their unborn child, Frosty and his relief efforts in FL.

Nice little crew today and surprised not more given the wonderful temps that were just a wee bit nipply but then warm enough once the body was moving.  Lots of chatter in every group as people seemed to be hanging out in groups of 2-3.  Thankfully we all safely crossed to and fro during frogger with everyone keeping a close eye out for traffic and sticking together.
