Good temps this morning, little breeze to cool things off.  Q coming off weekend of 21 hour power outage, and some long days in kitchen doing some backsplash tiling.  Respect body paying the price…  Nonetheless, off we go.

The Thang

The little prep YHC did, was more for a showing of 4-5, not 9, but Q should be ready for whatever comes his way.

So scrambled together 7 stations (well, 8 at first) consisting of:

  1. Curls
  2. Mason twist w KB
  3. Upright rows
  4. Lawn Mowers
  5. Lunges
  6. Thrusters
  7. KB Swing

Sort of in that order.  8th is the timer, (LilHeater hanging by HotPack, but showing some wheels when going around the island) taking a run around the island, with 10 count in between.  We observed that HotPack only knows odd numbers, and that Pox does the rapid 10 count to keep us all moving.  All good.

After a few times we swapped out Mason Twist for Jump Rope and Lawn Mowers for plank, or was it lunges?  YHC couldn’t keep it straight but we got through.  Actually plank was a welcome respite for me.  Manwich was stirring up a breeze with the jump rope and Pox/Detention doing double jumps.  Wore me out just watching.  Good on ya, mates!

Did 4, maybe 5 rounds.

Thanks for playing along guys, wasn’t as put together as I would have wanted, but hopefully came away with a worthwhile BellBuster.  Thanks for the push to Q and get signed up, otherwise I would have been a s(l)acker, this morning, not doubt about it.  Good numbers this morning, and looking forward to a Cheerwine Q next Monday.  Until then, Aye!
