5 others came out to help YHC celebrate 46 trips around the sun.  The beatdown was posted on Slack the night before and it looked simple enough. A quick disclaimer and a review of the workout were given and off we went.

 

1 mile warm up run.

The Thang

6 burpees

10 Hand Release ‘Mericans

10 squats

10 LBC

10 dips

Run the Venture block

As many rounds as possible until 6:25.

Moleskin

• It looked simple enough, but I found it deceptively tough.
• Kojak was the first to catch on that there might be some meaning behind the 46 reps. He mentioned it as he was passing me on the run around Venture.
• Exit 54 was up there in the front leading the way with Kojak. They must have gotten 10 or 12 rounds in.
• Peppa was not far behind the front runners.
• Loved having Gamma and Papa John out there giving it their all.
• Creeping closer and closer to Respect territory.
