Mosey back to school entrance for some non-ascending reps, advertised as descending reps.  4 rounds of 3 sets each, each set consisting of subsets of 3 exercises.  Anyway, went something like this:

Round 1

• KB Swings 30 reps, Curls 20 reps, Squats 20 reps
• KB Swings 20 reps, Curls 15 reps, Squats 15 reps
• KB Swings 10 reps, Curls 10 reps, Squats 10 reps
• Mosey around the island.

Round 2

• Lawn Mowers 30 reps, Overhead Press 15 reps, Lunges 20 reps
• Lawn Mowers 20 reps, Overhead Press 10 reps, Lunges 15 reps
• Lawn Mowers 15 reps, Overhead Press 5 reps, Lunges 10 reps
• Mosey around the island.

Round 3

• Thrusters 15 reps, Skull Crushers 15 reps, Snatch 15 reps
• Thrusters 10 reps, Skull Crushers 10 reps, Snatch 10 reps
• Thrusters 10 reps, Skull Crushers 10 reps, Snatch 10 reps (This was the audible to go from Descending to Non-Ascending reps.)
• Mosey around the island.

Round 4

• Bell Merkins 10 reps, Upright Rows 10 reps, LBCs w KB 20 reps
• Bell Merkins 10 reps, Upright Rows 10 reps, LBCs w KB 20 reps

Good one, guys, plenty of sweat to go around.  Pox had the best T imprint on the sidewalk, with a legible mirror image of the back of the RS shirt.  Wrongway at it again, looks like he just might be back in the groove.  Let’s see how he does coming out of the holiday, we’re pulling for you, brother!

My first Q at BB in a long time, good to be back out on Mondays with you.  Was dealing with tennis elbow for 4-5 months and the KB just wasn’t happening.  Feeling better now.
