A dozen mighty men came out for hill training at the Pitchfork. It was good to see the usual crowd and it was good to see Pocahontas out again.
But I am sure he has been training elsewhere. We missed PapaJohn, but we know he will get the Pitchfork in some time today to stay ahead of Exit54.

The highlight of the day is to have this workout done for the day. And the other highlight of the day is the intellectual discussion, fun times, and coffee at the coffee shop.
