YHC was back with the Dawgs today to serve up a 2nd helping of sweat in the gloom this week. On Tuesday YHC was pedaling, so today it was time to join with the runners and see if we could work up a sweat. Mission accomplished before we got out of the parking lot. Once again we had a mix of pax looking to put in some work… 6 runners and 4 bikers, all ready to take on the today’s challenge in the heat. YHC is sad to report that despite the attempt at some momentum on Thursday, there were NO ruckers in the gloom this morning.
YHC gave a quick disclaimer-ish statement (I think), instructed the bikers to take off, and informed the runners that we would be knocking out the reverse Bird. It was once again a burner for all the pax this am. Someone mentioned the wet t-shirt contest when we got back and I think that about sums it up. Unfortunately a wet t-shirt contest at the Dawg House looks a LOT different than what YHC experienced during spring break in college. The pax were feeling the heat big time, but embraced the suck and got thru it. Thanks for showing up and great job by all! Let’s keep it going thru Saturday! #NoOYO #ironsharpensiron
