10 men laced up their running shoes for a Road Warrior-esque boot camp at Circuit Breaker. YHC has been really slacking this year and needs to run more, so he looked back through Strava for a Circuit Breaker with a lot of miles. He found this gem that Gamma put together in May 2021 and thought it would do the trick.

A quick review of the workout was given, then go.

Announcements & Prayer Requests

• Percent Taphouse is having the Dad’s Day out Saturday June 18. Come out and support them! They’ve been really good to our group and this is a chance to return the favor.
• Deadhead has a co-worker whose best friend committed suicide. Prayers for him as he deals with a shocking and sudden loss of his friend. If anyone is struggling, please reach out. I’m available anytime to talk.
• DT’s friend had a heart attack back in January but is now dealing with COVID. Pray for healing for him.
• Thank you for the prayers for my nephew’s heart surgery. It went great and he was discharged the following day and they came back to Raleigh over the weekend.
