8 men, including 4, who were present for the Murph embarked on a lactic acid breakdown kinda workout…mosey to hill 208 parking lot barely surviving the stench of something ungodly that stayed with us for a couple hundred yards…not even a thought of a hurl from Catfish which was strangely weird considering we were all hurting through this smell.

Warm-up: SSH’s x 20 IC, Soap Drop x 10 IC, IST’s x 15 IC, arm circles…mosey to hospital deck and on the way finally have Catfish about lose his bbq chicken from yesterday.

The Thang: Stack the deck
Level 1: 10 merks…much to the surprise and disappointment of the Murph crew
Level 2: 10 Core killers, 10 merks
Level 3: 10 squats, 10 core killers, 10 merks
Level 4: 10 burpees, 10 squats, 10 core killers, 10 merks…
down the shaft back to level 1 to repeato but drop 2 reps this time for round 2..
back up to 10 reps on round 3 and then added a speed round at top of deck completing 6 reps per exercise after completion of round 3..mosey back via mall route this time but there was an odd smell that way too…Memorial Day apparently took it’s toll around there

Mary: 10 reps IC of following exercises: dying cockroaches, low flutter, hello dollies, freddy merks, and lbc’s.

Prayers/announcements: Sawyer family (police officer from Marlboro’s hometown that was shot in line of duty and has to have brain surgery).  All service men/women who fought and died for our country as well as family members and those that continue to serve/have served.

Moleskin: super light crew for a tuesday knowing all pax should be back in town but possibly still hungover/lazy or some other sorry excuse for no show.  Murph crew that showed was super sore, as YHC was too, but knew as bad as merks/squats/burpees hurt today it will hopefully bust up some lactic acid and make tomorrow better.  Tombstone showed after his Memorial Day miller lite drinking fest which has to be way better for his upset tummy than a glass of acidic lemonade…or so he thinks.

“Observation of the day” He who has big truck in parking deck with 25 spaces available around them will obviously pick the one spot available between 2 small cars and where pax are working out. 🙁
